WDB 83 funds youth programs with the goal of equipping youth with valuable credentials, post-secondary education and, ultimately, a career.  WDB 83 offers work-readiness training, HiSet preparation, tutoring, and career planning to youth from low-income households as well as youth who are at risk of dropping out of school.
