WDB83 Administrative

Our administrative office is situated at 1504 Stubbs Avenue in Monroe, Louisiana. WDB-83 oversees the implementation of Workforce Innovations and Opportunity Act Grant programs across 10 parishes in northeast Louisiana. In addition to managing the American Job Center offices in these parishes, we specialize in developing and implementing policies and procedures that streamline the workforce system locally. Our efforts focus on fostering strong partnerships and collaboration among stakeholders within the system. We are dedicated to investing in job training initiatives and integrating service delivery across programs to ensure that our investments are employer-driven, thereby effectively matching skilled workers with employers. WDB-83 also manages records, TEGLs, payroll, grant writing, event planning, and award presentations. We work closely with our American Job Center staff to ensure they receive the necessary information and support to effectively serve our rural communities.
