Tips to Help You Survive Your First Day

The Fall semester is quickly approaching! Here are some tips to help get you through your first day of the semester.

  1. Arrive early.

  2. Bring your laptop or notebook.

  3. Keep up with the professor.

  4. Be prepared to actually work.

  5. Start taking notes immediately.

  6. There might be homework due.

  7. Keep a copy of each class syllabus.

  8. Wear comfy shoes.

  9. Get involved on campus.

  10. Make new friends.

  11. Take advantage of the study resources on campus.
